RETURN & REFUND POLICY (7-DAY RETURN) – K-Radiance

We specialise in premium white formal shirts and aim for complete customer satisfaction.

1. Return - Window

Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery date.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn
Original tags, labels, and packaging intact
No stains, odours, damage, or alterations
Return request raised within 7 days

3. Non-Returnable

Used/washed items
Customer-damaged products
Clearance/special discount sale items
Requests after 7 days

4. Return Process

Email kradiance16@gmail.com within 7 days
Include: Order number, reason, clear photos
After verification, receive return instructions

5. Shipping

Customer bears return shipping cost (unless item is defective/wrongly shipped, in which case we cover it)

6. Refunds

Processed after inspection and approval
Credited to original payment method within 7–10 business days
Original shipping/handling fees non-refundable

7. Exchanges

No direct exchanges. Place a new order after return completion.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Indian laws. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
